Islamabad: Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi made an unannounced visit to the Capital Development Authority Facilitation Centre in Islamabad to inspect public service delivery and address administrative inefficiencies. During the visit, he interacted directly with visitors who voiced frustration over the facility’s reliance on manual systems, delayed document processing, and the necessity of making repeated trips to obtain standard services.

Responding to citizen feedback, Naqvi ordered the immediate and complete digitalization of the Facilitation Centre’s operations to ensure transparent, prompt, and streamlined service delivery without unnecessary delays. He took strict notice of unauthorized agents operating on the premises, directing officials to eliminate intermediaries entirely so that the public can access services directly.
