LAHORE:The FIA Lahore Zone arrested three suspects in separate raids for their alleged involvement in hawala-hundi, illegal currency exchange and violations of the Copyright Act, an FIA spokesperson said on Wednesday.
According to the spokesperson, FIA officials arrested Hafiz Usman Ali and recovered Rs1.604 million and 300 Chinese yuan from his possession. In separate raids, the FIA arrested Khalid Siddique and Muhammad Usman for allegedly selling counterfeit products. A large quantity of counterfeit goods was recovered from their possession.
