LAHORE:Unicef Pakistan and Falcon Triathlon Club (FTC) have agreed to collaborate on promoting child rights through the Lahore Marathon, a flagship project of Falcon Triathlon Club.
The intention is to bring a focus on children’s rights and well-being to one of Pakistan’s emerging mass participation sporting events. The Lahore Marathon has grown steadily since its inception, evolving into a major community sporting platform in Lahore and attracting increasing participation from runners, families, athletes and fitness enthusiasts. The race is an AIMS certified marathon, reflecting its commitment to established international standards and providing runners with a credible and professionally organised racing experience. With each edition, the event continues to expand its reach and strengthen its position as the premier event in Pakistan’s endurance sports calendar.
Beyond the race itself, Lahore Marathon seeks to use the power of sport to bring communities together and create a platform for positive social impact. Its growing reach provides an opportunity to connect thousands of participants and spectators with causes that matter to society.
