QUETTA: A female folk singer belonging to the Bugti tribe was shot dead by armed men in Dera Bugti, police said.
According to police officials, Mai Subhai Bugti, described as the first female folk singer from the Bugti tribe, was targeted by armed men who opened fire on her in the Dera Bugti area. The attackers fled the scene after the shooting. Police said an investigation into the incident was underway.
