Police have arrested two minor boys and registered a case after a 10-year-old girl was allegedly sexually assaulted in the Sohrab Goth area of Karachi.
According to police, the incident took place in Machhar Colony’s Jungabad area, which falls within the jurisdiction of the Sohrab Goth police station. A Madadgar 15 team reached the location after receiving information about the incident.
According to a spokesperson for Madadgar 15, the girl’s father had left her at a relative’s house while he went out for some work. Police said two relatives, aged 13 and 15 years, allegedly sexually assaulted the girl while she was at the house.
The girl subsequently started feeling unwell. When her father returned and asked about her condition, she allegedly disclosed the assault to him. The girl was taken to a hospital for a medical examination. Police arrested both the suspects and registered a case at the Sohrab Goth police station.
