An eight-year-old grade 2 student was allegedly subjected to an attempted sexual assault at a government primary school in Soldier Bazaar. Police arrested the suspect following protests by the girl’s family and area residents.
According to police, the incident occurred at the Government Girls and Boys Primary School in Soldier Bazaar No 2 within the jurisdiction of the Soldier Bazaar police station. The girl reportedly fled the school and reached home, where she informed her family about the incident.
