BAJAUR: One person was killed and three others sustained injuries in three separate traffic accidents in different areas of Bajaur, Rescue 1122 officials said.
According to Rescue 1122, a truck overturned on the Nawagai Road in the Zor Bandar area, leaving 60-year old Maab Ali dead and 32-year old Owais Khan, a resident of Nowshera, injured.
Soon after the accident, the Rescue 1122 medical team reached the site and provided first aid to the injured before shifting them to the District Headquarters Hospital, Khar. Doctors at the hospital confirmed Maab Ali’s death.
The Rescue 1122 recovery team also safely removed the overturned truck from the site using a recovery vehicle.In another accident in the Gang area of Salarzai tehsil, 28-year-old Sohail, a resident of Mamond, was injured when his motorcycle overturned. The Rescue 1122 personnel provided him first aid before shifting him to the District Headquarters Hospital, Khar.
The third accident occurred in Kanra Sair area of Salarzai tehsil where 34-year old Zakir, a resident of Sango Salarzai, was injured when two motorcycles collided. He was provided first aid at the scene and shifted to District Headquarters Hospital, Khar, for treatment.
