KARACHI: Geo TV is all set to present a new drama serial, “Kaisa Yeh Ishq”, for entertainment lovers from today. The serial explores love, relationships, emotions and the twists and turns of fate in a distinctive manner. As the poet says, “Destiny, the heavens, love and passion — whoever wished to, turned me into a spectacle,” the central characters of the drama, too, appear to be caught in circumstances beyond their control.
Written by Naila Ansari and directed by Abdul Ahad, the serial revolves around the love story of Ali and Sila, which goes through various trials and tribulations. The complexities of relationships and emotionally charged decisions drive the story forward.
Sila, who has grown up without her parents, has been raised by her maternal grandfather with immense love and affection. However, he remains reluctant to give Sila the freedom to make decisions about her own life.
The original soundtrack (OST) of the drama beautifully captures the pain inflicted by loved ones and the lingering ache of love.
The prominent cast includes Usman Peerzada, Shahood Alvi, Sabaahat Bukhari, Zoha Tauqeer, Ushna Sheikh, Sanam Iqbal and others.
