CHITRAL: Fulfilling a longstanding demand, a modern CT scan machine was inaugurated at the District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital to improve diagnostic services in the remote district.
The CT scan facility was formally inaugurated at a ceremony attended by MPA Fateh-ul-Mulk Ali Nasir and Additional Secretary Health Manhasuddin. They jointly cut the ribbon along with Medical Superintendent (MS) DHQ Hospital Dr Fayyaz Ali Roomi.
Following the inauguration, the visiting officials toured various departments of the hospital and reviewed the available medical facilities and ongoing development works. They also examined the measures being taken to improve patient care and the overall quality of healthcare services at the hospital.During the ceremony, appointment orders were also distributed among newly appointed doctors as part of efforts to strengthen the hospital’s medical and administrative system.
