NOWSHERA: Police have claimed to have solved the mystery surrounding the murder of Amjad Ahmad in Adamzai village in Akora Khattak, arresting six suspects, including his son, former wife and close relatives.
According to police, the murder was the result of a domestic dispute and resentment arising from a family matter.
Police said Amjad Ahmad, son of Mir Muhammad, a resident of Dubian in Swabi and currently residing in Adamzai, was first injured in a firing incident and was later strangled to death.
According to DPO Nowshera Sonia Shamroz, the investigation team collected evidence from the crime scene and launched an investigation from different angles. The complainant was also included in the investigation, which, according to police, led to important disclosures.
