ISLAMABAD: Appointments and transfers have been made in federal bureaucracy.
Deputy Secretary PM Office Muhammad Hassan Abdullah has been transferred and directed to report to Establishment Division. Deputy Secretary Zafar Iqbal has been transferred from Council of Common Interests Secretariat to National Food Security Division and Deputy Secretary Economic Affairs Division Samad Talib has been made OSD for a 2-year Masters Degree Programme in Japan on scholarship.
The services of Ashiq Hussain, Grade-18, Commerce and Trade Group, posted in School Education Department, Sindh, have been returned to his parent department, Ministry of Commerce, Islamabad.
Section Officer Syed Kamil Haider has been transferred from Federal Ministry of Education to National Food Security Division. The government has approved one-year study leave abroad for Muhammad Hashim Azeem, a Grade-18 officer of Pakistan Administrative Service posted in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, from August 7, 2026.
