LAHORE:The exciting matches of CM Punjab Women’s T20 Champions League commenced at Nawab Town Cricket Ground on Friday under the auspices of Sports Board Punjab. Four women teams - Chanab Challenger, Potohar Pride, Indus Invincibles and Cholistan Champions are participating in the tournament. The final of the 3-day CM Punjab Women’s T20 Champions League will be played on August 9 (tomorrow). As per details, Chanab Challenger defeated Potohar Pride by 51 runs in the first match. Chanab Challenger scored 118 all out while batting first. In reply, Potohar Pride batters could not demonstrate the required patience and bundled out for 67 in 17.5 overs.
