RBISE announces position holders of Matric first annual examination

Rawalpindi:The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Rawalpindi has announced the position holders of the Matric First Annual Examination 2026, recognizing the outstanding academic achievements of students who secured the highest marks in the examination.

Announcing the results, Chairman BISE Rawalpindi, Professor Dr. Iqbal Mahmood, extended his heartfelt congratulations to the position holders, their parents, and their teachers. He said that these remarkable achievements are the result of the students' unwavering dedication, the sincere guidance of their teachers, and the continuous support and nurturing provided by their parents.

The Chairman expressed confidence that these talented students would continue to excel in their academic pursuits and make meaningful contributions towards the progress and development of Pakistan.

According to the announced results, Muhammad Mannan Ehtesham secured the overall first position by obtaining 1,191 marks. He is a student of Al Aamir Foundation Secondary School for Boys, Daultala, Gujar Khan.

Zonaira Tahir secured the second position with 1,180 marks. She is a student of Presentation Convent High School for Girls, Pindi Point, Murree. The third position was secured by Muhammad Fasih Abdullah, who obtained 1,178 marks. He is a student of Cambridge International Boys Secondary School, Talagang.

Dr. Iqbal Mahmood further announced that a prestigious prize distribution ceremony in honour of the position holders will be held on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi.

The ceremony will be graced by Federal Minister for Railways, Muhammad Hanif Abbasi, as the Chief Guest. During the event, the position holders will be presented with shields, certificates of appreciation, and cash awards in recognition of their exceptional academic performance. The ceremony aims to celebrate their achievements and encourage them to continue striving for excellence in their educational and professional journeys.
