Many educated young people are struggling to find suitable jobs despite completing their education. One of the main reasons behind this problem is that our education system is not preparing students with the practical skills needed in today’s job market.
We need to move away from rote learning and promote skill-based education. If we want to prepare our youth for the future, we must give them skills, not just degrees.
