KARACHI: The 12th National Clay Shooting Championship is set to be held here at PN Karsaz Shooting Range from August 28 to September 3. The Sindh Rifle Association is organizing the championships in which the individual and team events of skeet and trap will be held with two days reserved for pre-event trainings.
“The championships will be organized as per current prevailing rules of ISSF/ASC as adopted by NRAP. For skeet match yellow tape is mandatory for participation,” said Secretary National Rifle Association of Pakistan Razi Ahmed.
He added that due to the availability of only one range for the trap the events will start at 8:30 am and the final of the event will be restricted for eight finalists. “The number of maximum participations is six (three for team, two for RPO, and one for MQS) while the MQS will not be considered for the final,” said Razi, adding that the deadline for the entries is August 22.
