KARACHI: The Pakistan Single Window (PSW) has launched its new mobile application to enhance digital access to cross-border trade services, enabling importers, exporters, customs clearing agents, and other trade stakeholders to access essential services securely and conveniently through their smartphones.
The mobile app is an extension of the PSW’s existing digital platform and is designed to provide users with real-time updates on their trade activities, allowing them to stay connected anytime and from anywhere.
Through the application, users can monitor the status of customs declarations, track regulatory compliance requirements, and receive instant updates on customs clearance processes directly on their mobile devices.
In addition to declaration tracking, the app allows users to view regulatory and financial certificates and submit a range of operational requests. These include applications for declaration cancellations, duty drawback claims, provincial cess exemptions or waivers, issuance of bank guarantees, and other trade-related services.
The app also integrates payment facilities, enabling users to generate Payment Slip IDs (PSIDs), view paid and outstanding payment slips, access payment details, and make payments through their Personal Deposit (PD) accounts.
