Karachi: The Pakistan Software Houses Association for IT & ITeS (P@SHA) has officially launched the 22nd edition of the P@SHA ICT Awards, inviting technology companies, startups, entrepreneurs, students, women-led businesses and public-sector innovators from across the country to submit their nominations, a statement said on Wednesday.

Applications will remain open until July 30 2026, after which entries will be evaluated through a transparent, merit-based judging process by an independent panel of national and international experts from industry, academia, entrepreneurship and technology.

The awards are scheduled to take place in September 2026 in Karachi. This year’s edition will feature 10 core categories and 41 sub and cross categories, covering achievements in artificial intelligence, fintech, cybersecurity, healthtech, cloud computing, digital government, sustainability, enterprise solutions, emerging technologies and several other domains.

Senior Vice Chairman of P@SHA and Brand Chair Muhammad Umair Nizam said the awards recognised the talent, innovation and achievements advancing Pakistan’s technology sector, describing them as the country’s premier AI-enabled awards platform that highlights companies, startups and individuals developing transformative solutions. He encouraged innovators from across Pakistan to participate and showcase their excellence on the national platform.

The P@SHA ICT Awards serve as Pakistan’s official gateway to the Asia Pacific ICT Alliance (APICTA) Awards, where winners and runners-up represent the country on one of the region’s leading technology platforms. Pakistani companies have consistently earned international recognition at APICTA.
