MINGORA: Aleema Khan, the sister of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan, on Sunday urged party workers to peacefully intensify pressure for his release while maintaining discipline and order.

She said this while addressing party workers in the Mingora, Kabal, and Matta areas of Swat.

Aleema Khan alleged that the PTI founder was being denied adequate medical care and regular meetings with his family at Adiala Jail.

She said Imran Khan had instructed party workers not to head to D-Chowk and to refrain from any form of confrontation.

Aleema Khan added that any decision on the party’s protest movement or a sit-in outside Adiala Jail would be announced by the party leadership.
