ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s former envoy for China Ambassador Moinul Haque has assumed charge as director general of the Institute of Strategic Studies (ISSI) in Islamabad.
He has replaced Ambassador Sohail Mahmood who completed his tenure in January this year. Sohail has become secretary general of the D-8 Organisation for the Economic Cooperation, headquartered in Turkey.
