Rawalpindi:The Fatima Jinnah Women University (FJWU) has added another milestone to its international collaborations by becoming an Associated Partner in the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Programme in Quantitative Biodiversity (QuBiD), led by the University of Warsaw, Poland. The programme has been awarded €4.6 million in funding by the European Commission under the Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters programme for a six-year period.
The QuBiD programme is an innovative 120 ECTS joint master's degree that equips future biodiversity experts with interdisciplinary skills in ecology, bioinformatics, artificial intelligence, big data, and biodiversity conservation. As an Associated Partner, FJWU will contribute through participation in the Advisory Board, academic input to selected courses, and internship opportunities for students, reinforcing its commitment to international academic collaboration and research.
