Of late, the focus of the traffic police has been on the imposition of fines for traffic violations as opposed to actually regulating the flow of traffic. Consequently, the latter has gone haywire, causing jams, gridlocks and wastage of time in the muggy weather.
Ironically, this is giving rise to more infringements such as breaking of traffic signals, negotiating turns sans indicators etc. I request the authorities concerned to take note of this issue and solve it right away.
