LAHORE:DIG Operations Lahore Faisal Kamran held an open court at his office on Wednesday, where he heard complaints from citizens belonging to different walks of life and issued directions to the relevant officers for action.
According to a police press release, Faisal Kamran said every citizen attending the open court is treated as a ‘VVIP’ and that public grievances are being heard and addressed without discrimination. He urged citizens who do not receive relief at the police station level to approach his office. During the session, the DIG issued instructions via video link to the officers concerned on various complaints, including inheritance disputes, an alleged assault by a shop employee, and a dishonoured cheque case.
