LAHORE:After a long hot and humid day, the City witnessed scattered rain in the evening which turned the weather pleasant here on Tuesday.The rain started in the afternoon and continued until night in different localities.Met officials predicted similar weather conditions with chances of rain during the next 24 hours.
During the day, the maximum temperature reached 42 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature was 32 degrees Celsius while the humidity was 28 percent and wind kept on blowing at a speed of 9kmper hour.The average AQI was 108, which came in the category of unhealthy while the PM2.5 concentration was 3.6 times the World Health Organisation annual PM2.5 guideline value.
