KARACHI: Descon Engineering Limited has completed the manufacturing of steam generation packages for a gas processing project in the United Arab Emirates, with the equipment set to be exported from Pakistan, a statement said on Monday.
The company said the equipment, including boiler skids, feed water skids and chemical dosing skids, was engineered and fabricated at its manufacturing facility in Pakistan for the UAE project.
Descon said the order reflects Pakistan’s ability to supply high-specification engineering products to international energy markets and contributes to industrial exports.The company’s Chief Executive Officer Taimur Saeed said the project demonstrated the capability of Pakistan’s engineering sector to meet requirements of global energy projects.
