QUETTA: Three persons were killed near Machh in Bolan district after a truck collided with a pickup vehicle, police said on Sunday.
According to police, the cause of the accident was speed.
Rescue teams, assisted by local residents, shifted the bodies to the Civil Hospital, Machh for legal formalities.
The deceased were identified as Saleem Sheikh, Naveed Ahmed and Ahmed Ali.
Initial reports indicated that all three victims were residents of Sindh.
Police have launched an investigation to determine the exact circumstances surrounding the accident.
Authorities have once again urged motorists to observe traffic rules and avoid speeding to help prevent fatal road accidents.
