ISLAMABAD: The Establishment Division has approved nomination of 152 Grade-18 and equivalent officers for 47th Mid-Career Management Course (MCMC), which is mandatory for promotion to Grade 19.
The course will be conducted from July 27 to October 2, 2026, at National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA) campuses in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, and Quetta. The programme will comprise 10 weeks of core training, followed by 4 weeks of specialised training.
Among 26 officers of Pakistan Administrative Service (PAS) nominated for the course are: OSD, Establishment Division, Nausheen Sarwar; Deputy Secretary, Prime Minister’s Office, Islamabad, Muhammad Anas Iqbal; Chief Executive Officer, Engineering Consultancy Services (Pvt.) Ltd, Government of Punjab, Muhammad Shayan Ali Java; Muhammad Sohaib Butt, on disposal to Chief Minister’s Office, Punjab; Deputy Commissioner Sanghar, Sarah Javed; Captain (retd) Tayyab Sami Khan, on disposal to DG, Lahore Development Authority (LDA); Director General, Upper Swat Development Authority, Shoaib Abbas; Muhammad Ehtesham-ul-Haq, on disposal to Punjab Planning & Development Department; Deputy Commissioner Hyderabad, Zain-ul-Abideen Memon; Managing Director, Punjab Mass Transit Authority, Talha Zubair; Additional Deputy Commissioner (Revenue), Jhelum, Sania Safi; Deputy Director, PMRU Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sabiha Hassan Toro.
A total of 25 officers of the Police Service of Pakistan (PSP) have also been nominated for 47th MCMC, including SSPs, SPs, DPOs, Chief Traffic Officers, and other senior police officers.
