KARACHI: Sindh Senior Minister and Minister for Information, Transport and Mass Transit Sharjeel Inam Memon has strongly condemned the martyrdom of security forces personnel in terrorist attacks in Balochistan and expressed profound sorrow and grief over the loss of precious lives.

In a statement, he said the targeting of innocent civilians and security personnel by terrorists is a cowardly and reprehensible act. He said the martyrs who sacrificed their lives in defence of the homeland and to protect the lives and property of the people are the pride of the entire nation, and their immense sacrifices will never be forgotten.

Memon said the terrorist elements are making desperate attempts to undermine Pakistan’s peace, stability, and development. However, he added, the entire nation stands united with its armed forces and security agencies to defeat these malicious designs.

He reaffirmed that forces hostile to Pakistan will never succeed in their evil intentions, and that the collective resolve of the nation and its security institutions will continue until the menace of terrorism is completely eradicated.
