PESHAWAR: More police officers are likely to be reshuffled in several districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in the coming days as part of an administrative exercise aimed at strengthening policing and improving operational efficiency.
A number of district police officers and SPs were transferred and posted a few days back, while some are expected to be reshuffled in the coming days. It is learnt that many names are being considered, including some officers for the merged districts.
These also included some officers who have recently returned from the mid-career management course.A number of junior police officers, including deputy superintendent of police and station house
officers, were also transferred and assigned new postings in Peshawar and other districts of the province in the last couple of days.
