LAHORE: The Lahore Qalandars have once again demonstrated their commitment to inclusivity and community empowerment by hosting a sold-out art exhibition for Umer Jarral, a gifted artist living with cerebral palsy.
The event, held at the franchise’s official partner Burger O’Clock restaurant, celebrated Umer’s extraordinary talent and resilience, while also raising significant funds for his welfare. The exhibition drew an overwhelming response from cricketers, celebrities, philanthropists, and business leaders. Within just one hour, all 50 of Umer’s paintings were sold, generating sales of over Rs. 2 million.
The evening was graced by Pakistan and Lahore Qalandars captain Shaheen Shah Afridi, alongside distinguished guests including Chaudhry Mohammad Sarwar, Chaudhry Aitzaz Ahsan and Bushra Aitzaz, philanthropist Sabahat Rafiq, TV host Tabish Hashmi, Air Sial vice chairman Umer Mir, Capital Smart Motors executive director Imran Zahid, and sports anchor Sawera Pasha. Many of these guests were among the principal buyers of Umer’s artwork.
