LAHORE: Adamjee Life Assurance Company Limited has launched a mobile application, Adamjee Life Digital, aimed at expanding customers’ ability to access and manage insurance services through digital channels in Pakistan.
According to a statement issued on Monday, the application is available on both App Store and Google Play Store and enables users to manage policies, make payments, submit claims, access documents and explore insurance and Takaful products via smartphones. The company said the platform is intended to reduce reliance on branch visits and manual processes.
The app is designed for both existing policyholders and prospective customers. Existing users can access policy details, receive updates, make online payments, submit claims digitally, track fund performance and store documents securely within the application.
Eligible Gold and Platinum customers can also access Orbis Rewards, the company’s loyalty programme offering discounts and benefits across health, lifestyle and education partner networks.
For prospective customers, the app provides product information, comparison tools and financial calculators, along with the option to complete policy purchases through the platform.Key features of the application include policy management, online claims filing, payments, appointment booking, 24/7 policy updates, financial calculators, digital document access, fund performance tracking and customer feedback tools.
