LAHORE: The ABS Developers National T20 Cup 2025-26 will conclude with a blockbuster final as Karachi Whites take on Abbottabad at Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium on Sunday night. The first ball is scheduled for 8:00 PM, with the toss at 7:30 PM.

Entry for fans is free, with the Imran Khan and Fazal Mehmood enclosures open to the public. PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi is expected to attend as chief guest.

Both squads reached Lahore on Friday and held a full training session in the evening on Saturday at Gaddafi Stadium.

The final was rescheduled after the group stage and semi-finals were played from March 7 to 17 in Peshawar. Karachi Whites and Abbottabad each topped their groups, winning two and three matches respectively.

In the first semi-final, Karachi Whites defeated Sialkot by five wickets. The second semi-final between Abbottabad and Lahore Whites was washed out by rain after Lahore Whites completed their innings. Abbottabad progressed to the final based on a superior group-stage record.

Saud Shakeel will lead Karachi Whites as he chases a domestic double after captaining Karachi Blues to the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy 2025-26 title. Shadab Khan will skipper Abbottabad.

“We have had a great tournament and showcased our talent throughout,” said Shadab. “Having played top-level cricket recently at this venue, I’ll share that experience with the team and try to lead them as best I can.”
