Court acquits 4 accused in quadruple murder case

PESHAWAR: Additional District and Sessions Judge Aziz Khan acquitted four accused in a quadruple murder case for lack of evidence.

According to the prosecution, the accused, Sabz Ali, Raj Wali, Waheed and Naveed, were charged with killing four men over a property dispute.

The prosecution stated that on August 25, 2023, Imad, Sibtain, Amir and Waliullah were present on their agricultural land when the accused allegedly opened fire, killing all four men working in the fields. A case was registered against the accused at Swabi Police Station on the complaint of Ayaz.
