Over 13.5 million Pakistanis now work across 50 countries, drawn by better pay and fairer systems. Pakistan received a record $34.6 billion from overseas workers in 2024, but money sent home cannot replace the doctors, engineers and teachers this country has lost.
Behind every number is a person Pakistan failed to keep. Broken systems and empty promises drove them away, not a lack of love for this country. We must give our people a reason to stay, before there is no one left to lose.
