I am a tutor for students who will give their first ever board exam this year and also for students who will be retaking the exams they failed last year. They all fear the same thing, failing the exam they have worked so hard for due to external factors which they cannot change. In some cases, students fail their exams despite answering all questions, following all rules and doing well in previous papers. This discourages the students and makes them feel disheartened, resulting in even worse results.
Also, the rising cases of exam papers leaking before examination time wastes the hard work students put in to prepare. Those who cheat will get the same marks as those who worked hard for those grades. I urge the relevant authorities to address these concerns and ensure transparency in the upcoming and ongoing board examinations.
