Mr Memon was speaking as chief guest at launching of the book “Defence and diplomacy: a compilation of selected articles by SM Hali” organised here by Institute of Strategic Studies Islamabad.

Mr Memon said that the book by Mr Haali treats relationship between defence and diplomacy not as abstract theory but as lived experience, informed in real time events and unfolding crises.
